This is a difficult question to answer. Psychotherapy will usually take a longer term commitment of time, than psychotherapeutic coaching or a period of counselling, which can be effective over a shorter time period or time. Everyone is different and it depends on what you want to achieve in the process. I like to work with regular reviews. Initially we will agree to undertake a set number of sessions and clairfy your therapy goals.
Yes absolutely! We can agree between us how many sessions that would be after which you can decide to continue or not. Similarly, if based on my professional assessment, I consider that I am not the right person for you, I will signpost you elsewhere. The right therapeutic relationship is key.

My availability is Monday, Tuesday Thursday afternoons.
Monday and Thursday I have early evening slots up to and ending at 7pm.
I'm available Wednesday and Friday daytime up to 6pm.
I can work with you face to face at my therapy room in Carlisle.
I can also meet online via Microsoft Teams or Google meet.
You can by Cash or BACS transfer at each weekly session or by agreement a monthly invoice.

I have a cancellation policy stated in the terms and conditions. I appreciate that life happens and things come up so I give you one emergency cancellation you can use any time when we work together where you won't be charged. Cancellations that are less than 48 hours notice will be charged.
